The Mindtooth system consists of the following components:
Mindtooth Touch Headset: The EEG headset is a key element of the system. It is lightweight, wearable, flexible, and able to fit all head shapes and sizes, while still achieving outstanding signal quality without inducing any discomfort despite hours of continuous usage. The Sponge-based electrodes provide an optimal balance between signal quality, comfort, ease of use, and short setup, yet long recording time (60-90 minutes). The EEG sensor positions are tailored to the neurometric algorithms (see Sciaraffa et al., 2022).
Mindtooth ClickOn Amplifier: The ClickOn Amplifier features an extensive variety of capabilities, all of which contribute to its exceptional ability of recording high quality EEG signals. It is extremely lightweight (30 grams), has magnetic connectors allowing easy placement on the headset, and can record data for up to 3 hours of continuous usage.
Mindtooth EEG App: The EEG App provides an easy way to visualize and record EEG data from the Mindtooth Touch Headset. The app is based on Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) and offers the possibility to connect to external LSL marker streams and store received markers with your EEG data. — Developed by BrainSigns.
Mindtooth Neurometrics App: The Neurometrics App is the engine behind the Mindtooth solution. The technology is fully cloud-accessible while maintaining robust data protection standards. The system visualizes and records cognitive workload, stress levels, and vigilance in real-time. Monitor users’ mental states during daily activities and access comprehensive yet straightforward offline reviews. — Developed by the expert BrainSigns R&D team. Available as an optional add-on service with flexible licensing options.
